Expanded Polypropylene Foam
Expanded Polypropylene foam, also known as EPP foam is one of the closed cell foam materials very similar to EPS foam (Expanded Polystyrene foam). EPP foam is made by lots of polypropylene beads offered by company like JSP and BASF which molded by a set of special production machinery. EPP sheets come in sheeting material with size of around 1200 mm long by 1000 mm wide. They are usually made in color of black and white, also available in custom color like pink and gray based on custom request. Expanded Polypropylene foam is lightweight, flexible and ozone friendly. It delivers excellent results on impact absorption, thermal & moisture insulation, durability and recyclability. This foam can also very easily to be molded into various custom shapes. EPP foam products are widely used as automotive parts, reusable industrial packaging, sports products, toys and HVAC accessories and so on.
